The SIMPAL (Sport, Integration, and Mental Health through Physically Active Learning) project is taking a significant step forward as it successfully completes its recruitment phase. Designed to promote integration and support the mental well-being of Ukrainian and Polish students, SIMPAL engages children through movement-based activities that foster both learning and connection.
We are thrilled to announce that 40 schools across Poland have joined this transformative journey. These schools will play a key role in fostering inclusion, promoting psychological well-being, and creating safe and engaging environments where both Polish and Ukrainian children can thrive.
The benefits of participating in SIMPAL are multifaceted. Schools will strengthen their commitment to inclusive, health-focused education while gaining prestige through partnerships with esteemed organizations such as the Academy of Krokiet and Lama, AWF Wrocław, ISCA, and the Red Cross. Teachers will enhance their professional skills, gaining access to innovative educational tools and expert support.
Most importantly, students will experience joyful learning that encourages movement, play, and meaningful social connections. Through engaging activities, they will build bonds, develop emotional resilience, and find a sense of belonging in their classrooms.
As we celebrate this milestone, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the participating schools. The next step is an online launch meeting, where teachers will be introduced to the program and provided with essential guidance to begin their SIMPAL journey.
